Rent payment and period:

The rent, including advance service charges, must be paid in advance each month. The minimum rental period is 2 years, renewable for 2-year periods.

Rent indexation and security deposit:

Annually, the rent will be indexed based on the consumer price index. A security deposit equal to a payment obligation of 3 months' rent including advance service charges and VAT is required.

Value Added Tax (VAT) and delivery:

The landlord and tenant will opt for taxed rental. The delivery will take place in consultation.

Lease agreement:

The lease agreement will be drafted according to the ROZ model for office space and other commercial premises as referred to in article 7:230a BW, supplemented with some adjustments by the landlord.
